          Does Hydra-Charge Have Caffeine In It?

          Hydra-Charge is capped at a max of 1.2mg of caffeine per serving, which comes from the Spectra antioxidant blend. This is an amount so low that even caffeine sensitive individuals wouldn't feel any stimulant effects. For reference, the average cup of coffee has over 100x that, and a cup of decaf coffee has around 2mg of caffeine.
